Dave had a comfortable win this morning but a difficult match this afternoon (due to gusty winds playing mischief with bowls on a tricky rink, he went down by 5 shots. It was nip and tuck all the way u til the last couple of ends when Dave just missed the line and his opponent didn’t. C’est la vie.
Still Dave gets another chance on Tuesday morning in the Senior Pairs with partner Attilio from Uxbridge.
Maybe the wind will have died down by then.
