Hope you’re all enjoying Easter even if it’s a bit in the chilly side!

Hope those of you who worked so hard at the club yesterday are managing to move around without too much difficulty. Personally, I am trying to avoid the movement of standing up and sitting down. Both positions are fine, it’s just getting to either of them!  Easter Bunny failed to deliver ice bath, sauna or massage but there was an egg!

Roll on Saturday 26th for when the outdoor green opens. May need a fleece and jacket though. Roll up starting at 2:30.  All welcome!
