There was a good turn out for the Open Day today with ages ranging from about 5 to 75 having a go!

Julian, Karen, Scott, Tony O’B, Brian LM, and others were keeping an eye on the adults and giving guidance whilst Ange had the youngsters playing with the Bowls Buddies sets of soft (but biased) bowls aiming at assorted targets. Definitely some potentially talented bowlers amongst the visitors. There was a lot of laughter and cheers when bowls landed close to the jack!
Peter J was looking after the bar and Jacquie came to the club before heading off to Strawberry Hill and Teddington to see how they were doing with their Open Days before returning to help at CP. Marie came along as well.
A group of members also attended and played in the rinks alongside.
