No doubt well on their way to Essex County Bowls Club now, Ashley and Tina start off in the last 32 in the country this morning and hopefully will progress through to the last 16 this afternoon.

First match is against Jane Cockrill & partner from Caister, Norfolk.  The winners will play the winners of Sylvia Bloomfield & partne from Harlow an Nick Muir & partner from Hertfordshire.

We wish Tina & Ashley all the best and hope that they achieve what the West Ealing Mixed Four (Sue Butcher, Megan Hunt, Barry Wheeler & ‘Chili’) did yesterday – win both regional quarter and semi final to reach the last 8 in the country and playing at Leamington.  A great achievement for the four, West Ealing as well as Middlesex!
