I gather some of you are not getting a confirmation email when you bookings a rink and, as a result, you can’t cancel a booking if you need to.

We need to try and ascertain whether it affects specific emails e.g hotmail, yahoo, sky, ntlworld, btinternet or blueyonder etc
Does it make any difference if you email from a mobile or laptop?
