Alas, the Ladies didn’t win their semi-final against Baldock Town, going down in all four disciplines, some of them closer than others.

Unfortunately we were without Jean and Stella and then Cathy had to work at thelast minute but it was good that we had three strong reserves in Rita, Tricia and Margaret.  Baldock Town were very strong and although we all played well, they were stronger than us on the evening.  It was a great achievement though with the first time Cambridge Park have reached that far in a National club competition for many years.
